Shipping policy

Shipping Information

Most orders ship within 1–2 business days. As soon as your package ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor its progress.

Note: Any alterations discussed may cause delays in shipping.

Pre - Orders

Pre-orders are special orders and we want to provide our customers with an option to enjoy our exclusive drops. Pre-orders in general take anywhere from 5 to 7 weeks depending on the craftsmanship involved. Once we receive your pre order at our local facility, the same established standard shipping policies will apply.

Estimated delivery times depends on the shipping option chosen during checkout.


U.S. Orders

  • Ground Shipping: Estimated delivery in 2–7 business days

  • Express Options: Overnight and 2-Day shipping are available

Please note that all delivery timelines are provided by the carrier and are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping provider.

Note: There is a $2 dollar handling fee for domestic orders

Houston Orders 

We order our local customers with the option to either pick up their orders in store or have them delivered to them same day. If you choose the same day delivery option, the shipping cost is non refundable. The orders must be placed before 2:00 pm CST for us to deliver to all of our valued customers. If there are any special occasions and we can help, please reach out to us and we can try to work with you and find a feasible solution. 


International Orders (Coming Soon) - Currently Limited to USA & Canada

We proudly ship to customers around the globe.

  • Standard International Shipping:
    Orders are sent via USPS International or DHL, depending on the destination and order value. Delivery typically takes about 7–19 business days.

  • Express International Shipping:
    Expedited orders are shipped using USPS, UPS or DHL and usually arrive within 1–5 business days. Customs processing times may vary by country.

For standard international shipments, packages may spend additional time in customs. Once the package clears customs and arrives in your country, delivery should follow shortly.

Note: There is a $5 dollar handling fee for international orders


Incorrect Address & Unclaimed Packages

Please ensure your shipping details are accurate and complete, including your full name and address. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, incomplete information, or failure to claim the package from customs, shipping fees (both original and return) cannot be refunded.

If your order is returned to us, we’re happy to send it again. You’ll receive an email with instructions to repurchase the shipping cost. Please be aware that international reshipments may still be subject to duties and taxes imposed by the destination country.


Lost Shipments

If your package appears lost, we recommend contacting your local post office or UPS first to request a package search. If they are unable to locate it, please contact us and we’ll assist you further.


International Taxes & Duties

We do not collect or prepay customs duties or taxes on international orders. Any additional applicable taxes or duties are assessed by your country’s customs authorities upon arrival.

All customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient. We strongly recommend reviewing your country’s import policies before placing an order.
